Raised in De Pere and connected to the area for more than 20 years, Gavin brings a genuine local perspective, a strong work ethic, and an approachable communication style to every client relationship.
Local Roots & Real Estate Passion
Gavin’s interest in real estate started early. After watching his parents sell their first home, he became drawn to the process, the strategy, and the impact a home can have on someone’s life. Conversations with his father about investing in property further shaped his interest in real estate, marketing, and long-term opportunity. Today, Gavin is excited to help clients make confident decisions as they buy, sell, relocate, or explore the possibilities of real estate in Northeast Wisconsin.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, Gavin worked as an event foreman with Green Bay Expo Services, where he coordinated detailed setups, managed timelines, led crews, communicated with clients, and solved problems in fast-paced situations. That experience taught him how to stay organized, keep people informed, manage stress, and follow through when details matter.

Gavin brings that same mindset to real estate. His goal is to make the process feel clear, comfortable, and less overwhelming. Clients can expect straightforward communication, honest guidance, and a steady presence from the first conversation to the closing table.
Marketing Mindset
With a marketing associate degree from NWTC and hands-on experience creating drone video, photography, and social media content, Gavin understands the importance of presentation. He knows that strong visuals, clear messaging, and thoughtful marketing can help a property stand out and help clients feel more confident throughout the process.
Who Gavin Helps
Gavin enjoys working with buyers, sellers, people relocating to Northeast Wisconsin, growing families, and clients interested in investment properties, new construction, and waterfront homes. He understands that real estate is about more than square footage or a list of features. It is about finding the right fit for someone’s goals, lifestyle, and next chapter.
Outside of Real Estate
Outside of work, Gavin enjoys fishing, snowboarding, golf, hunting, boating on the Fox River, creating videos and photos, working out, hockey, music, and spending time with family. He also enjoys local spots and experiences like Titletown, Lambeau Field, Hot Sake, Cocoon, TennPack Throwback, and Wonderland Vintage Market.
